四邊磨是矩形原片玻璃倒角的有經(jīng)驗加工設備，適用于加工建筑、門(mén)窗中空玻璃以及規格復雜且單一的白玻和LOW-E玻璃，具有高加工精度，效率高率，高機械配置，采用“節能、低碳、效率高、自動(dòng)化”的設計理念，采用人機界面操作，四軸聯(lián)動(dòng)，自動(dòng)識別玻璃尺寸，棱角加工速度達30m/分；且不同規格和厚度的玻璃可連續上片，無(wú)需人工調整和等待，以皮帶式真空吸力傳送及固定玻璃后加工磨邊和除膜，有效避免玻璃劃傷和表面壓痕，提升玻璃加工工藝速度，降低加工成本。

玻璃數控四邊磨分為入片臺，磨邊架，出片臺三個(gè)部分。四邊磨入片臺和出片臺是配合磨邊架對玻璃進(jìn)行磨削。磨邊架有2組磨頭。每組磨頭分別有兩個(gè)磨輪。磨邊過(guò)程簡(jiǎn)便，先磨玻璃的頭部，然后磨頭旋轉90度，配合邊上的磨輪對玻璃的兩側邊進(jìn)行磨削，之后，磨頭再次旋轉90度，對玻璃的尾部進(jìn)行磨削，完成整個(gè)磨邊過(guò)程。四邊磨磨完后旋轉歸零，等待下一片玻璃進(jìn)行磨削。工藝流暢自然，配合緊密。非常大限度地壓縮磨邊的時(shí)間，較大地提高了玻璃磨邊的速度。
